Keynote Speaker: Dr. Qassim Abdullah
We are honored to welcome Dr. Qassim Abdullah as our keynote speaker. Dr. Abdullah brings over 49 years of experience in analytical photogrammetry, digital remote sensing, and surveying engineering.
He currently serves as:

Vice President and Chief Scientist at Woolpert, Inc.

Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland and Penn State

Member of the NOAA Hydrographic Services Review Panel (HSRP)

Board member of GeoWeek and TRB Committee AV095
Dr. Abdullah holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Photogrammetry from the University of Washington and is a licensed professional surveyor in four states.
